HANDYMAN SERVICES -
We offer a handyman services as a convenience to our clients. We offer this service of building maintenance to provide timely miscellaneous repairs for the convenience of tenants. Our handymen can handle minor repairs and plumbing problems, replace light bulbs, touch up paint and provide general handyman services.
VENDORS
We cultivate well established relationships with local vendors who provide timely, quality services. We are willing to work with owner-preferred vendors as well.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
We over see and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule including but not limited to; HVAC, building interior, parking lot/asphalt, elevators, structural (paint, roof, etc.) lighting. This schedule helps keep equipment in good working order to obtain maximum efficiency and life span.
